I can't tell you how much the invention of the DVR has changed the way I watch TV, but especially sports. I give myself a buffer of at least an hour (usually more) before I start watching so I can FFWD all, and I mean ALL, of the BS. Commercials, pre-game and half-time minutia and even in between plays, I love it.

While I'm all for DVR use on any other show... sports I like to see live. Plus, the SuperBowl easily has the best commercials at any time of the year and I NEVER would skip those.

I guess in Boston reading comprehension isn't your strong suite, I am glad that Boston has all those championships, Boston is a sports town that draws big names, no doubt.

Now I think this is where I lost you last time so ill put it in big letters to make it stick better... JOE FLACCO PLAYED BETTER THAN TOM BRADY IN THAT GAME. If you can somehow find some way to deny this then you sir are clearly delusional, it must be very hard for you to accept that Tom Brady isn't god or something, you defend this guy like he is your father. It is pretty pathetic. When you come back to reality let me know.

The Celtics were playing garbage prior to the injuries ( other than Jeff Green ofc). I do follow the Celtics as a matter of fact, I follow the whole league. They beat a terrible Orlando team, the Celtics play team ball and that can overcome the selfish play of the Magic anyday. You clearly dont follow the Celtics, because if you did you wouldn't have the audacity to make a comment like the next few years look good....Are you even serious?? Ray Allen, KG and Pierce are pretty much done. Ray allen is a free agent and will be turning 37, KG is a free agent and will be 36 or 37 and pierce will be 35...please explain this magical future of yours? You know what, maybe I am mistaken and good to you means finishing in the bottom half of the conference. In that case your right and carry on.

Go to espn.com, not the boston website, with just boston writers, but the actual website, go look at some of the articles posted, go watch espn first take or download the podcast and listen to the episode that was the monday after the game and listen to them say that the play was a touchdown and should have at least been reviewed. Heck if your even up to it google coach harbaugh saying that he was suprised that the play wasnt even reviewed.

Its funny, Tom Brady said he played "Shitty" and that is a direct quote, he knows he got outplayed at the QB position. Flacco played way better than him that game. That's why I like Brady, he can man up and say I messed up and my team pulled that game out for me, that's what makes him an admirable athlete and one whom other players can look up to. He didn't play bad, Flacco played bad, Brady played terrible. End of story. Your man said it himself.

Pop Quiz: How many superbowls have the Patriots one since being caught with one of there guy's on the opposing teams sideline telling Bellicheck what plays there running? They got alot to prove and this is redemption for Brady and Bellicheck after '07, they better come prepared, since they cant have anyone spying on the sidelines anymore.

So me saying he played bad equals to me thinking he is God? You say I'm the one with reading comprehension problems? Flacco played against one of the worst ranked defenses in the NFL and still couldn't hit receivers running wide open down the field. If in some imaginary world you want to believe that Flacco played well then go ahead.

Please show me one article that says that was unequivocally a touchdown. All you did was repeat what I said. The biggest criticism of that call was that there was no review. No one, including the person that caught the freaking pass claimed it was a touchdown. But again go back to you fantasy world and believe whatever you want, it seems to make you happy.

And don't bring up that tired shit from 07. This was a practice that all NFL teams did prior to 2007. As a result the NFL sent out a memorandum that year warning teams to stop the taping. Belichick went along with his normal anti-establishment attitude (not wearing correct coaches attire etc.) and ignored the rules and was caught and punished, as he should have been. After that fiasco the Patriots went on to have a perfect season and won 18 games in a row. Getting to the superbowl is a combination of skill and luck so expecting a team to be there every year is ignorant at best.

Thats Jimmy Johnson admitting that he did the exact same thing as Belichick and actually naming other people that did too.

Also if you followed the celtics you would know that the majority of their wins have come without most of the big three present. The younger players are playing great and once the big three retire that will open up a ton of cap space so that the team can get some crucial pieces to rebuild into a championship caliber team.

Flacco played better than Brady, you still cant read? I'll say it again and that only so you don't have to many words to confuse you...Joe Flacco played better than Tom Brady.

End of story.

I predict the first Super Bowl that goes into overtime and Giants win by three, 23-20 to be exact.

Please let this happen.

I'll be very disappointed if the Giants win considering how much I dislike Eli. He has always been a prick to me and overrated. Sure he is a decent quarterback but he isn't anywhere near the top.

I would otherwise agree with you but I also hate the Patriots and dread the idea that they could win their 4th super bowl. They must lose.

Least it sounds better than that shit pop band they had last year.  The black eyed peas...  I am still surprised that they had Tom Petty a few years back.   He was about the only good act the Super Bowl has had since Michael Jackson grabbed his crotch a billion times.
