It's cool that they are individually supporting the VC (SNK that is), but saying they will be over the $8 mark is harsh.  $10 each?  We'll see I guess.  Are there any good games on that besides Metal Slug and King of Fighters?  Was there a Samurai Showdown or something else?

Have no idea but there should have been over 120 games according to the intervju so some rare games should be possible.

I didn't think this was anything new... Didn't Nintendo already officially announce this months ago along with the MSX being released for Japans VC?

Sweet, sweet news to my ears! I love getting access to Retro games I have never played before... :)

But... didn't the NeoGeo use a CD media? Or was it cart based?

Originally cart based but a CD version was released later on.

 The carts had massive capacity in comparison to the other consoles that were around at the time.

Before this news we were not sure if these games would ever be released on the virtual console here in America. This is good news but more then $8? They can't be more then N64... so that leaves them $9.
