Lots of major/minor unexpected but good changes, to name a few:

Antiquated skirt/Hollow Shield/Silver Knight Shield all getting nerfed. Ornstein's/Silver Knight set buffed.

Many weapons now get improved scaling at 14-15+ (most weapons going up 1 whole rating).

Many random unique weapons getting buffed.

Pyromancy nerfed. Iron Flesh nerfed. Crystal Ring Shield fixed.

All major bugs/exploits being fixed.

Twinkling Titanite now at Anor Londo blacksmith (unknown if it's limited or not, some say it's unlimited).

I'm super overleveled. Level 80 lol. Kept abusing the glitch at Darkroot Gardens where I'd lure the ghosts and make them jump off the cliff.

Sorry for those who went through the grind of getting faith lvl 50 already lol. They should have left the cost of absolving your sins though...sinners need to pay up, bitch.

Can't wait to try the changes myself when the patch releases, though I'm not overjoyed that they changed the Faith requirements for Sunlight covenant after I farmed all the way to 45 >_>

Don't really understand why they changed the absolution fee though. It was never really that bad and I only had to do it a few times.

Meh, I never cared about the absolution fee. If I sinned, I sinned and let myself became a target for the Darkmoons out there. Since sin is wiped out for the next playthrough, it's just a waste of souls, even with the reduced fee.
