If the Wii U does well Skyrim could sell another 1 million copies on it and would reach total lifetime sales of 9 million on consoles alone.

Keep dreaming. One million units for a multiplatform WRPG on a Nintendo console is not going to happen. 300k would already be pushing it.

Why? Oblivion sold over 2 million on Playstation with an extremely staggered launch. And a Wii U version of Skyrim might be superior to PS360s. Plus I think Call of Dutys manage to sell a million or two on Nintendo consoles.

Quite simply, nobody buys Nintendo systems to play PC games.

PC games as in PC games. A PC game that gets ported to consoles is still a PC game at its core.

Well Skyrim is not a PC game. Its main development platform is the Xbox 360. Same with Oblivion.

The Xbox 360 is a dumbed down PC.

But more importantly, the developers didn't really change the design of their games. Oblivion, Skyrim... they are still very similar to Morrowind. .

Not if you ask a PC gamer lol. For them X360 is a console and Oblivion is a console game.
