Ive only encounters 2 dragons, the one which is storie based at the start and a frost dragon up a mountain but he was far too hard so I just ran for my life. I'm currently level 12 and I can't seem to fun a one-handed weapon over 16 attack, I've had my orcish axe for ages now.

I'm going to head to riften when I get home and join the thiefs guild.

Dragons pop up in towns all the time for me now, I think I've killed four or five in Riverwood alone! I've killed around 30 dragons total, the Blood Dragons and Dragons are incredibly easy to kill now, as are the Frost Dragons. While sneaking, I can almost one-shot the Dragons and Blood Dragons and Frost Dragons go down after 2-3 sneak shots. Elder Dragons die fairly quickly as well and are a very easy kill as long as you have some cover for their breath attack.

My level 41 Thief is becoming a real hard-ass now! Going to level up my enchantment skill now so I can make some decent gear with archery and smithing bonuses.

Probably going to get a lot of hate for this, but I found it to be a mediocre game so far, certainly below Baldur's Gate.

The problems I found with it.

1) Quests were buggy, half the time they didn't mark themselves on my map.
2) Doesn't explain much very well, I stole a horse, got caught and my options were to bribe the guard, fight or surrender. I chose to bribe him, and then he was like "I'll just reclaim the stolen goods then", without giving me an option to not go with that. Worst bribe ever
3) Horses are buggy. I finally stole a horse, rode it to the next town, dismounted and then it dropped through the map and never returned.
4) Regenerating health makes it stupid. I thought that plague was satisfied with taking the difficulty out of FPS, now it's starting to ruin another genre?
5) The menu is the biggest PoS I have ever seen. You can't click something to select it, you have to scroll down to it using wasd and THEN click? Honestly, couldn't they spend 10 minutes changing the controls for the PC version? Additionally, why is there not autoloot of gold? And why, when there are 4 coins sitting on the ground, can I not pick all 4 up with 1 button.

6) I got mugged in broad daylight, in view of two guards, I ran to them and hid behind them but they did nothing. Worst guards ever?

From what I saw, the game has potential, the levelling system looks nice. But they released a beta, and I shall not play it. I will come back to the game in 6 months when they have finished it and patched in the improvements.

I tend to have a moral code when I play these types of games, so I pay for most things and don't kill any civilians.

Oh, and does anyone know where the leader of the thieves guild is? I've killed all their members in the Ratway with the exception of the bartender? Is that the leader?

Points 4 and 5; oh lord, I cannot tell you how much I agree. The interface is horrible, they've managed to make the menu systems more cumbersome with each installment, especially for the PC. The "quick" select is an atrocity that should never have gone past the drawing board for the PC version. The fact that the 360 controller is set as the default control option on PC says a lot about Bethesda's priorities though... This is, like most other games series, becoming a console experience for those who want more action than substance.

Baldur's Gate, eh? Both titles are in my top 5 of all time, glad to see that some people still know a real RPG when they see one.

So far, I am really enjoying the game. I do mess some of the stuff they took out, but everthing else is great.

In addition, I have contracted Rockjoint!

level 12 killed 3 dragons and found 4 walls. game is amazing :)

Being in 3rd place never felt so good

The main quest storyline is officially inpossible for me, the game freezes upon trying to start the mission "Diplomatic Immunity", every single time. Haven't seen anything online about this particular problem but its actually preventing me from finishing the game...
Gamebreaking bugs are not fun.

i agree with you  with most of your points, i also find that swiping at enemies with your sword/mace/axe can be awkward sometimes it just doesnt hit the enemy even though you right next to them. The game does alot of things but does none of them greatly. Its also riddled with too many minor and major bugs, i think it could of done with 1 more month of testing.

Id rate the game between 80-85%, its a good game but not on the same level as, Mass Effect 1-2, Uncharteds, Valkyria chronicles, Final Fantasy 13.

Apparently you are new to Elder Scrolls as nearly all of the things u listed are typical for older games in the series (and actually all your points, except for regenerating health, are improved in Skyrim).

Don't you have anything positive to say?

Level 31 and just only now visited the grey beards....
