I can understand if the post that got them banned ws deleted as not to keep it a issue even after the user was banned

but the whole enire post history? why does every post need to be removed?

Ya that is what I thought as well, I was like did he finally go over the edge....it turned out to be sig related. Also most people who have recieved warnings in the past about sig size usually end up in trouble. 

Yup, it's incredible retarded and it messes up threads a lot.

Banning on this website is absolutely retarded and out of line. Moderators are so easily at prey of being their own type of sensitive fanboys themselves. It actually hurts this community more then helps it.

The Horror! People need to grow thicker skin and moderators need to differentiate legitimate material that doesn't belong on these forums versus people just having opinions you may or may not disagree with.

This was mentioned in a thread a few days ago.. they intent to fix it but Machina (i think) uses AIM to get in contact with the Web programmer and he hasn't gotten around to catch him on it..

That first thing isn't meant to happen, I don't think, unless the user has been permabanned. It's a bug.

As for M.U.G.E.N, he WAS warned before being banned. We don't progress straight to bans for any offence, least of all a minor one like signature length.

Also, Naz hasn't been involved in moderation for more than a year now. Keep up

I think the fact that equal numbers of people say we are too lenient and too harsh means that we're about right.

On the point of post histories being removed - bad

On the new mod team - good

On the old mod team - lololol

Could someone on this forum elaborate what was wrong with the old moderators?

The forums have started to slowly become worse after the change, and some stuff has just been plain dumb (Max-Seece conflict).

People can now get away with many stuff that was deservedly punished when the old team was working, and that is coming from someone that was moderated by most of the old mods
