It seems odd for this to not also come to X360. I can`t help but wonder if this is coming to X360 also since this remake was announced at Sony event it makes sense to just announce those versions there. Also considering the fact that Square has turned Final Fantasy into a multi-platform franchise is another reason I question whether this is only coming to Vita & PS3 or whether that`s all that has been announced at the moment due to where they chose to break the news.

 I wanted to see if anyone else was thinking the same thing.  I looked at every article on this announcement and not one mentions any confirmation of this not coming to X360 also or that this is Vita/PS3 only. Only thing that seems confirmed is that those are the only 2 announced at this time.

Who else thinks this is also coming to X360? Would you buy this if it it comes to X360?

IDK about you guys but I think this is no doubt coming to X360 also and I would buy this for sure. This just will make the wait for TGS to start that much harder for me! :( Curse you Sony Press Conference! LOL

Unlikely for one reason; Sony paid for the game. Like the original Final Fantasy X, it was funded by Sony.

Is there an official press release from Square Enix? If yes and it has no mention, then definitely no. Otherwise I'd just say probably not.

I guess Sony has some exclusivity with this game because it was originally a PS2 game.

I expect some kind of PS3/Vita integration.
