It's a tough one, FFVI is easily my favourite RPG ever made, but I'm not a huge fan of the series direction at X and afterwards (though I loved XII).

Pokemon therefore gets my vote

The fanbase for WRPGs is really poor on VGC. Only 16% of total votes went to a WRPG, that's awkward.
