Seattle winning at home is one of the safest bets you can make in the NFL too.

When they are playing a team that doesn't make the playoffs and doesn't have a winning record, of course its a safe bet

um, what?

I think he's pointing out that Seattle only seems impressive at home against shitty teams (those without winning records or records good enough to make the playoffs).

My End of 2008 Hardware Predictions (console only):

Wii : 50 million

360: 28 million

PS3: 24 million

These predictions were made on January 3rd and won't be revised

Yeah, for some reason, they generally play the shitty teams at home during the regular season, and somehow manage to play all the good teams away from home....weird how that works out?!!?

PITTSBURGH TAKES IT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just kidding. After the Steelers lose I really could care less who wins. Hey the Moutaineers beat Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl. That was my super bowl.

Actuallythey only played three games all season against teams with a winning record and lost two of them, to the browns and the Steelers, the only team with a winning record they beat was the Bucs

YOu guys overrate the Redskins way too much. They barely eeked into the playoffs.

Because most of the season they had a different QB, and they didn't have a reason to rally together

While I must say that Clinton Portis is impressive, and their D has stepped up, they have no real threats on offense. Santana Moss and Randle El are far from being top tier WRs. Their only real weapon is Chris Cooley. They will lose to Seattle.

Seattle has many threats and a great QB to spread the ball. Not to mention they have a great D who can pressure the QB. Close game, but Hassleback is too good with too many threats.

All I know is, GIANTS over Bucs!!!

The Bucs have by far a weak passing game, and that's where the Giants defense will come out and shine.

Hell would have to freeze over but GO GIANTS!!!!

While the Giants are a force, their D and running game are top notch and have a great receiver in Burress, it all depends on whether Eli shows. He doesnt have a good record in games that really matter, and I think he will fold under the pressure.

Tampa Bay has a great running game, good D, and threats downfield with Garcia at teh helm. I take them over the Giants because Eli will give them the game with 2 interceptions and a fumble.

Bucs win 23-13

Only reason Seattle looks good is because they've played chumps all season, if I kickbox teenagers of course i'll look awesome, doesn't mean I could go toe to toe with a really skilled martial artist

If the Giants running game can score early in the game, don't look at Manning to throw the ball that often or that long.  That's where the Bucs will have to shine, and that's why I think the Bucs will falter.

Gaints 28 - Bucs 17.
