Once again, why don't you prove that by putting a quote from back then? I'm not a fan of 'Oh I knew things would be like this' statements. Everyone is acting like its soooo obvious how Natal turned out, but back in the day the fanboys were screaming with pleasure at 'the future'.

Am I allowed to go to the Nintendo or Sony forums and make a thread like:

No man, it's holy, look at the possibilities, innuvashunz, that Rome game from crytek (no longer reqs kinect btw), etc etc etc (I did the same thing after MS @ E3 2011, didn't get crucified, but others did)

And for fact, if someone offers a constructive discussion as to why it sucks, it should stay. Also, Wii is better for fitness.

What I find disturbing is just how passionate that team meat guy and some people on these forums are about kinect. When I hear about any of these motion devices I can barely muster up any emotion beyond complete indifference. Hating on kinect is like hating on the teapot rides at disneyland. "Those teapot rides are garbage!!!" Kinect is meant for kids, kids are easily impressed and Microsoft knows this.

Or maybe people are hating because they feel threatened that kinect is going to be the death of the gamepad? Anyone who thinks that is being EXTREMELY paranoid. 

I am in the industry. I qualify for industry credentials every year for E3 using my business. I am a developer of games and apps in my spare time as well.

Valve was established. These team meat guys aren't.

If they are going to talk out of their a** they should either be established or stupid rich like rovio. They are neither.

You are exactly the same as him, I posted this article in the general gaming section. I did not ever say anything bad about the device. Why would I, seen as I own kinect, move and wii motion plus,why would I diss the products I spent my hard earned cash on.

The thread was going well, until of course you and nightsurge came in and instantly started belittling people saying that this is mana from heaven......such childishness. Would the content of the forum topic have changed if one your "fellow brethren" had posted this up? Of course not but you saw that I had my little trophy collection in my sig and instantly jumped to conclusions.  

But lets be honest here, you are constantly at this and it is putting me off this website.

I am not getting defensive in the slightest I am just saying that your belittling is getting pretty old now tbh. Anyone can set up  a thread on this site and you can bet your money on it that a certain 3 members will no doubt pop in and try to put the other members down especially in sales threads. I am not insecure, so it does not affect me.
