I wonder how many times I've been reported and not banned or warned. I'm not the least contriversial member on this forum. Heck I am often at the center of most contriversial threads. Whether they are religious, political or Nintendo/Sony/MS related. Not to mention my pessimism has gotten me known as the D0omed guy. I really wonder how many times users disagree with me and report me as revenge or such.

I'd love to see my records of reporting.

And the above comment is indicative of the lack of insight displayed here.  99% of the folks here have displayed sufficient lack of understanding of reality to render any opinions offered meanlingless.   There was no trolling, only speaking of the truth.  Stock market was an independent validator of blatantly obvious assessment of the nintendo conference.

You are homer, you have no avatar, nobody gives a damn about you. Even if you posted offending remarks, nobody would report you. The only way you can get your first moderation is by posting obscene pictures or something else that is pretty much impossible to miss when scrolling by.

I've been banned for offending someone, which isn't in the rules by the way.

I've been banned for being opinionated, which is a waste of time since I won't change, especially if I disagree with you.

The coolest one though was when I received a moderation warning for insulting homosexuals but my comment wasn't viewed in context. The comment was something along the lines of "I don't do that gay stuff" when the entire context of the response was I don't swing that way, not using gay as a derogatory slur.

Other than that, don't really care all that much if I get banned. More time to view porn. :b

I'm going to have to agree with this guy, you do get banned for speaking the truth, even when you put it politely.

I got banned a few times when I first joined, I never took it seriously, I just trolled and disrespected anybody who I slightly dissagreed with, while it was a bad habit, I'm not really ashamed with what I said.

Recently I got a 60 day ban lowered to a warning, muchas gracias Machina. =)
