Forums - Gaming Discussion - Is oblivion really that great of a game?

I don't even care about the game, but the fact that oblivion 5th anniversary edition is sold out everywhere, makes me think,is oblivion really that great of a game? I haven't even seen the regular edition of the game anywhere, used are new. Again,I know it's an old game and I really don't care about the game, but the fact that I can't find it,makes me want the game. So,is that weird are what? hehehehe

The only weird thing is that you ended your post with "hehehehe" instead of the obligatory "lol".

Well,I have to try to mix it up. Not everybody can be an orginal like you.

Fuck no. I fell for the hype of Oblivion and bought the GOTY edition. I only had myself to blame......

I am the Playstation Avenger.

Yes its great.

Atto Suggests...:

Book - Malazan Book of the Fallen series

Game - Metro Last Light

TV - Deadwood

Music - Forest Swords

Its an ok game made good by mods for the PC version. It was a downgrade from Morrowind in many ways.

It's awsome!!!!!

"I don't understand how someone could like Tolstoy and Dostoyevsky, but not like Twilight!!!"

"Last book I read was Brokeback Mountain, I just don't have the patience for them unless it's softcore porn."

No its not, get the PC version and mod it and you've got a good game though.

Same here! (But lucky me I got it for cheap after some months).

I don't know why but I couldn't get into the game. I found myself asking "and now what do I do?", and as I couldn't find an answer, I stopped playing.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

i bought the xbox 360 version and hated it after playing for an hour. Then after weeks of listening to my friends talk about how awesome it is none stop and that if I don't focus on the main quest I'll love it, i decided to start over and see what happens. I got hooked and fell ridiculously addicted. I think I played the game for 28hours in 2 days without even touching the main quest. Thank goodness it was winter vacation. Then my save file got corrupted and I stopped playing.

About a year ago I got the game for the PC and mods do make it a much better experience.

5th anniversary isn't sold out at any stores near me.
