Man I hope one of the unannounced games is a god of war game and the other hopefully is heavenly sword 2. I've personally never played heavenly sword but if a sequel is made I will gladly pick up the first one

didnt look great by the names lol.

hand of god is really the only one you can guess a genre by the name and even that one is kinda iffy, they should release more details if they are going to release something about canceled games

I'm excited for (unannounced title)

Compared to this, yes, it's slightly more exciting, but much less exciting than the announcement of announcing of the upcoming announcement.

How about x that by about 100 and you wont be close to the amount of games cancelled by SCE alone.

Its just a common fact that many projects are cancelled because many projects are started. A large studio aren't working on one title, but in fact are working on many, with small assigned teams to overall small work inbetween current projects are done on small projects that are then presented to the publisher. Publisher may then respond and tell them to work on it, and more than likely while the studio puts some more man power behind it, the people behind market research are going though it and most of the time they see the game as not a wise investment and it gets cancelled.

On top of that since gaming is a rapidly changing marketplace and games have a long development phase of 18+ months what appeared to be a great game potential can swiftly turn into a bomb waiting to happen with the best option to pull the plug then take the risk (sadly). If you are making a game and a similar game comes out and bombs in sales is a major cause of cancellations and at the same time the game that sold really well concept has been green lighted the equal amount of times.

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

Says that only one of those 4 were ever announced and that one was just a brain training game. I'll live.

4 ≈ One

What if they gave you those four games, you'll still probably want more. Ah, I see you got that Killzone 3.
