Since this guy used Hollow Point rounds the worst and baned rounds you could use other than incendiary rounds Anders Behring Breivik could be shot 5 times with a hollow point rounds, one in each arm, leg and somatch and then treated poorly so constant pain and suffering is emitted and held in isolation for the rest of his life as punishment because 1. the death pently is a  easy way out, 2. life in prision is western prisions are like luxary and hardly a punishment for the crimes of his scale.

I would say regular toture and rape by the prision "big daddy" with isolation would be a better punishment but that might be too far.

But the most likely he would be put in prision and other than being beaten by the prison guards reguarly he will comit sucide or get killed by the local prisoners.

Also if he is going to be executed, has to be british style were they take him out public so he can get tomatos thrown at him and booed by the public followed by being put in the turkish medievil murder machine were they burned them alive in a coffen.
