I think they are all good for right now. I think you should change Level 9 from Legend to Titan considering that legends are usually bigger and more respected than Titans.

I do agree with the ranks being a bit high for most people. This about where I think they should be

Level 1 -
Level 2 - Pass 1k Diff 999
Level 3 - Pass 5K Diff 4k
Level 4 - Pass 15k Diff 10k
Level 5 - Pass 30K Diff 15k
Level 6 - Pass 50K Diff 20k
Level 7 - Pass 75K Diff 25k
Level 8 - Pass 100k Diff 25k
Level 9 - Pass 125k Diff 25k
Level 10 - Pass 150K Diff 25k
Level 11 - Pass 200K Diff 50k
Level 12 - Pass 250K Diff 50k
Level 13 - Pass 320K Diff 70k
Level 14 - Pass 420K Diff 100k
Level 15 - Pass 640K Diff 120k
Level 16 - Pass 760K Diff 120k
Level 17 - Pass 900K Diff 140k
Level 18 - Pass 1 Million Diff 100k

Doing this way makes a nice slow build up until they reach level 10, at that point the point's need will increase greatly in rate to separate members more.

I like the concept a lot, but how would we determine which name applied to which rank?

Pick a batch of names, and get people to decide what order, and decide from that?

Lower Ranks - Grunt (Halo), Boomer/Common Infected(Left 4 Dead), Tarkatan (Mortal Kombat), Goomba (Mario) Feral Ghoul (Fallout), Ghost (Pacman), Zergling (StarCraft),
