The statement means 360 sold twice as many units as either the Wii or the PS3, if it was combined it woudn't be twice as many...

So all we know is that PS3 and Wii are both bellow 270k or so........

it means X >=1.9*Y or so Y being PS3 or Wii numbers and X being 360 numbers......
