He was interesting but not great.  I just find it funny that people consider him the worse when there are a few other people that had more people killed (Stalin, Genghis Khan and a few others).  Genocide is never great.

Yea, it isn't for sure but it is widely speculated that he either had syphilis, Parkinson's, or both.  Just check out his wiki page and scroll down to 9 Health section.  It even talks about the rumors that he only had one ball.  I speculate that if he did then it would have been blown off during WW1 battle when he suffered an "groin" injury.  There was also speculation that he had a sexual relationship with his half niece.
