Many people do not like Michael Bay;s Transformers Trilogy and think its full of lost potential as the idea of Transformers is cool.

IF the series were to be rebooted with a NEW director (quite likely given TF3's box office disappointment in AMerica) then which director/movie maker do you wanna see make it?

Christopher Nolan would make incredible Transformers films.

Definitely better than the crap put out by Michael Bay.

Think Del toro would be a great choice.

These films are what they are, i'd rather no one remake them, all 3 of em are worth watching 1 time just for shit and giggles, not much more.

By reboot it means re-imagining

Like THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN which is a reboot of the Spider-Man series (heavens knows why considering the first 3 were very successful)

Christopher Nolan is the godfather of directors. Every single movie he has made has either won some type of oscar or was nominated for movie of the year. :)
