The only issue I have with this is that 12 year olds are trying to get the procedure, it reminds me of that girl from the beauty pageant circuit that was taken away from her parents because her mom injected Botox into her face. otherwise, if people want to spend money on stupid crap, so be it. we have freedoms as adults and I don't the think the government should step in and do anything.

it depends on the quality of the doctor.  if they put the silicone in there underneath the gspot, it actually pushes out the flesh and helps make the nerves get closer to the surface of the skin.  At least that's as far as I could figure it.  it's not like they're replacing the nerves and tissue with silicone, it's just putting a bulge in there to push harder on the penis.  I also think it helps to make the vagina tighter...
