yes! I swap guaca and salsa for BBQ sauce, soured cream and cheese.

Sometmes I have Chicken korma fajita's too.

I understand guacamole is hideous, but it's delicious in fajitas. Who would think avocado could be so tasty?

It's nice and cool, to balance the warm chicken and tortilla.

It's difficult to put it into words. There's a lovely sweet and sour taste from the mango, and then crushed nuts to give it some texture, and various other Thai spices to add to the flavour. Do try it if you ever get the chance.

ugly? maybe... but i think sickening is a much more accurate word to describe that.
