I just picked up my copy today and so far I must say it's awesome. I couldn't play very long yet (work, etc.), but the magic I felt back in the 90s when I played the original is still there.

I also ordered that nice soundtrack that will come for free. I hope they'll ship it quickly! :)

So who else got it? Please post your impressions!

I know, it's not yet out in Europe (tomorrow) and NA (19th), but I'm pretty hyped. :P

I'm from Europe, but the store was so friendly that they decided to release it today!

I only rushed through the Deku Tree. I even recognised the words from the Deku Tree after I saw them.

Does anyone know if you also get the free soundtrack in Europe? It isn't possible to login at the moment, so that kinda sucks...

*grumbles* I don't want to wait until Sunday to play it. I never really played the game before (no N64 or Cube) so this will be my first time. (I was gonna run through it on the VC but then I saw the 3DS release and decided to wait).

I already have it since tuesday night! :D Some store broke the selling date and it was exactly that one where i went to to sell some games that night. Even got the golden box that was only for those who reserved it! Lucky me! :D

About the game: i was actually afraid of buying it because it was one of those games that i played, loved it, but i couldn`t push myself to play it again. Even attempted to do it when Wind Waker had it as a bonus, but...

Still, when i started the game the other day, all that vanished and it feels awesome to play it again! The work Nintendo had with the visuals really made an impact for me. It`s still the same game, but looks fresh enough for today`s standards. About the implementation of 3D, i got to say that from all the 3D titles i played (pilotwings, SF IV, Ridge Racer) this one is the one that best makes use of it. It`s subtle and does bring something to the game.

I am glad i bought it... again!

Target broke the street date here in the USA, but unfortunately i had it on reserve at GameStop, so i'm still waiting till Sunday...

I wonder why they delayed it 2 weeks for Australia...

The game is done and I see absolutely no reason holding it back.

How does the 3D affects the game?

Since it`s got big worlds to explore it gives more the sense of 3D than other games i have tried. Feels more 3D and less like your playing in layers.
Actually, and i forgot to mention above, i first got that feeling when playing a demo of Kid Icarus, 3D felt really good and easy on the eyes, when i was playing in wider space. There the 3D felt more natural.
