Oh hi there and welcome to Mythe's All New Dessert Wars! I'm your host Mythe. Today for our first ever show we have two delectable after meal desserts going head to head in a battle to the death. Both can be severed and many different ways. Hot, cold, or even both at the same time. Yes I'm talking about the one, the only, pie. One of the most favourited desserts of all time.
The first pie was created sometime around 2000 B.C. by the ancient Egyptians Which was then passed on to the Greeks and then spread to Rome. Now it is served in many different ways with ice cream, wiped cream and even chocolate sauce, with a endless supply of flavours from pumpkin to marshmallow. But enough of this history BS I'm sure you want to see some pies duking it out.
In the left corner we have we have the slippery but scrumptious apple pie! And in the right corner we have seductively sweet cherry pie!
