Depends on when they would release. If it was this year then I'd say Skyrim due to how popular it is at the minute, a year from now could be a very differnt story. Regarding Fallout; If it was a Fallout game akin to the PC Fallouts opposed to the first person/third person mold of '3' and 'New Vegas', then I don't think it would do that well sales wise, I certainly wouldn't be interested in it as much.

@Trev: I'm not the biggest RPG fan here..but from a sales perspective I think if they announce an Elder Scrolls now it would be better due to it being extremely popular at this moment like you said...and also I see some good uses for gyro and dragons ;)

Nyat fair! I was actually planning on doing a mini-article about how Skyrim on the Vita was possible...and how something like that would make E3 explode! I had all the points in my head ready to write and share, but noooooo, you guys had to come on and ruin it!
Think about it though, Skyrim is only like 5.6 gigs total...on Xbox and PC, as far as I know. I'm pretty sure Vita cards can and regularly do hold 4-8 gigs, and can hold up to 16 (though I'm not sure, that's just hearsay), so in theory, the entire game could easily fit on a cartridge. I'd say get rid of voice acting and lower the texture if they need to save space or fix loading times.
Imagine using the touch pads to look at items, do alchemy, navigate menus, draw on your map, etc.
Skyrim Vita would be epic....so very epic. and it's possible.
