Ray's the Dead is still coming to Vita.

This one escaped my notice, had no idea about it til today. Looks pretty neat, not my usual RPG cup of tea, but I'd check it out. I liked your SE article, btw Kresnik. Was a good evaluation of where they stood up til this point. Mind boggling certainly, some of their decisions were. Bringing Deadmans Cross over and no Chaos Rings? Especially in light of the success of RPGS in general on the Vita...really have to wonder what internal data they had that justified some of those decisions. I bought World of Final Fantasy day 1 due to it looking adorable and the humor being right up my alley. Here's hoping that if and when that gets a sequel...or DQ Builders/Heroes, Vita is still part of the equation. Especially in Japan where those titles pulled in a considerable amount of sales.

I purchased my second Vita today. Metallic Red from Amazon Japan. $180 bucks brand new. Not too shabby. Will go nicely with my White OLED. :D

How's the Indies on the jp PSN Vita store? The Asian one (HK) is terrible. No salt and sanctuary, no darkest dungeon, no banner saga and a couple of Western indie point and clicks. Brought a $200HK PSN card and still waiting for any of these.

I haven't opened the japanese vita section of PSN since I got Utawarerumono: Futari no Hakuoro last September I think, which I still haven't finished lol.

Also a patch is coming for Dex, supposedly:

Weirdly, I've received so many more comments from people about their opinions on Square-Enix for Vita than my Koei-Tecmo and Bandai-Namco articles combined. They're a really important company to a lot of people!

I'm hopeful there's still a few tricks up their sleeves for Vita, but as more time passes the more I doubt it. In fact I expect them just to focus on Switch going forward and start porting the Vita games over to it (Dragon Quest Builders/SaGa Scarlet Grace/WoFF).

P.S. Enjoy your new Vita! Thinking of ordering my third in the coming months, a white one from Japan. Tempted to buy a second PSTV before they all completely disappear first, though.

I wrote a review of A Rose in the Twilight for The Vita Lounge, for anyone interested.

Atlus registered a load of Persona domains. Probably none for Vita though :(

Gentle reminder that The Deer God is out this week on Vita.

The devs said that this would be "the first of many PS Vita games to come from Blowfish"

I'm assuming that's contingent on this one actually selling, so make sure you go out and buy it if you're interested, or want games like Morphite to come to Vita in future (which I think looks great).

Wow, you liked more than I thought. I've seen the show, but didn't think to get the game. Will have to keep an eye out for possible deals.

It's not an amazing game, but I definitely had a fun time with it yeah! Worth getting in a sale for sure.

Might want to retweet and/or comment on this if you want what I'm reliably informed is one of the best visual novels in recent years on the Vita.
