Is it worth it just to mess around in the toy box?

I played around in the toy box in 1.0 at a friend's house and had a good time with it.  Now that 3.0 has reviewed so well I'm thinking of buying that on PS4 at some point, but if I buy the Vita version I can get the portal and all the stuff I'll need for the PS4 version anyway.

Idk, I never played around in the toy box. I just played as Spiderman until I got into the open world part then stopped. I'd say as long as you don't mind how the game looks then go for it.... just not at full price. Heres a screenshot I took btw.

It's really not pretty. Sluggish frame rate makes the game extremely unresponsive. I'd always fancied giving the series a try but the Vita port at the very least isn't the way to start from my experience. Kind of wish I'd kept it sealed now lol.

Only 24h to go, sony I hope you will help me change my sign as of tomorrow, all I need is Cat's All star Battle royal gameplay-combos and a good story and I will be allright! Don't care anymore if it comes to PS4

Other games I wish is Freedom Wars spin Off for march 2016(lol), release date of Ys, Monster Hunter (not the MMO), Tekken 7 on vita, Gran Turismo and more... Actually I need some games to be localised like PS Nova, God Eater2 RB.....but tgs is not the conference for that

Wallet money has a max limit ?

I had 12000 yen (about 100$) in my JAP account stored for Tokyo Xanadu and I wanted to add another 10000 yen for utawarerumono and Yoru no nai kuni, but the code kept getting rejected, until I finally read the warning message that translates to something like "cash exceeds the wallet limit " :

Muv Luv localization Kickstarter has a 600k Vita stretch goal.

No idea if this is going to turn out like the non-existent Vita versions of Grisaia and the rest of the Sekai Project games which were promised but never materialized, but still.
