I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

Which two?  Shopto; Zavvi; GAME; Grainger Games & Base.com all do not stock the game at the moment.

Only place I can find is amazon.co.uk, but that's an import version from the USA.  Game is getting a localized release in Europe at some point, which is the one I'm after (although the Aksys logo is nicer than FunBox's :P)

Now this is really confusing since I'm not expert with all these publishers but I did some research. Nothing points it being import but I'd have to call the retailer to be sure. Gotta say this publisher/retailer snooping proved to be pretty fun...
