Awesome. Can all of those games on your Vita be downloaded directly from the PlayStation Store?

Yes, and many more. ;)

I reorganized the content on my memory cards the last days. The left screens are my main card with native Vita games, the right screens are the classics which would also run on a PSP:

http://www.bilder-hochladen.net/files/big/3mkr-or-ede7.jpg

But the PS1-emulation is much better on the Vita than on the PSP (better scaling, better adjustable screen sizes, additional stick, button-mapping on the touch screen) and even some PSP games run better on the Vita (GTA Liberty/Vice City Stories, MGS Peace Walker...)

What do you mean, better adjustable screen size, additional stick? With PSP I could place the screen position everywhere, even completely on the left side (helped me when psp screen was half broken) also adjust zoom with continuity, custom map every single button and also with PSP Go like the vita if using a DS3 you can have COMPLETE two analog support (CTR accelerate with right stick) and even rumble! (don't forget actual l2,l3,r2,r3 buttons!) S-Video output on CRT TV looks maybe better than actual PS1 with RGB cables! (on hdtv 480p output via component looks way better than PS1 of course). I would recommend a very cheap now PSP GO for PS1 gaming, loading screens are damn fast too! Button mapping on the touchscreen isn't needed with any psp because it is the Vita that has start and select in a very BAD position! Remember 16GB memory included...
Nice collection

Persona 5 on PS3, I won't need next gen!

Another game I now I am interested in.  Kresnik is like Japanese gaming Santa on steriods!

Yes, Kresnlk is definity a macho man.

Bet with gooch_destroyer, he wins if FFX and FFX-2 will be at $40 each for the vita. I win if it dont

On my PSP I have 4 screen-mode-options: "Original" (black borders all around), "Normal" (black borders left + right), "Zoom" (upper + lower part of the picture are cut off) and "Full Screen" (wrong aspect). How do you place the positionto the left?

The Vita has an additional "Custom"-mode, where you can zoom without steps in every direction by pinch gestures... you can minimize the black bars and adjust the aspect slightly to get your individual "perfect" setting. Upscaling a 320x240 signal to 272 pixel height ("normal" and "full screen") or to 480x360 (with the upper and lower part cut off) also doesn't work very well, upscaling a 320x200 signal to finer resolutions like 960x544 delivers much better results.

And using a DS3 with the PSP is great, if you want to play the PS1 games on a TV... but PS1 games look like shit on a big TV, they look much better on the tiny screen of a handheld. How do you hold the handheld and the controller at the same time?

Surely a PSTV would be a better bet than a PSP Go if you were going to use it on a TV? You'd still have access to as many PSP games as the PSP Go allows pretty much and also Vita and PS Mobile stuff.

On the go Vita utterly trumps PSP with a much better quality screen and dual analogue.

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

God Eater 2 Burst trademarked in Europe and a trailer released with english subtitles so one can hope.

Xseed teased games (Corpse Party vita among them). Also, trademarked Legend of heroes game(people think its Sen no kiseki)

Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax coming west this summer
Some gameplay trailers/screenshots (SAO Lost Song, Hotaru, Neptunia etc..  ) .Most other stuff are written in title (Tokyo ghoul game, cross ange game, SAGA etc..)

Thank you so much for the help! Okay, a lot of interesting stuff right there. SAO and Tokyo Ghoul are the most interesting ones for me. I'm aware the manga of Tokyo Ghoul is sick! OMG! For what I've heard I can't wait for that game.

If somebody is interested, I opened this new PS Vita sales thread: PS Vita (2015 vs 2014)

With component cables PS1 games on HDTV looks decent, remember output is here in 480p, not 480i/240p, TV handles that better.

On any PSP maybe after FW 6.00 or something they added full screen PS1 video outputand the FIFTH option on screen mode, called personalized, to fine tune the screen, I press L all the way to reduce the screen to minimum, because you will notice the aspect ratio was wrong, was not wide enough, and then I press R to zoom in keeping the correct aspect ratio to the very borders of the top and bottom of the screen (adjust screen position with d-pad if needed) very big picture (especially in NTSC games, not sure) with correct aspect ratio. Also remember you can have TWO people play games like CTR, Team bBuddies....etc, one uses PSP GO (have cable) the other uses DS3 wirelessy. It is nice to have technical disquisitions some times Maybe you have old firmware on PSP, I have 6.20 and 6.60 in my systems. Anyway, the vita emulation is good, but no 2 players gameplay, not even with two vitas!,no DS3, no Video output, is not that great, maybe PS TV is the thing for me but the PSP GO can also connect to old top quality CRTs and the picture is very very good.
Happy gaming,

sorry everyone for my offtopic.
playing now star ocean 3, would you like to get this on the vita like 1 and 2 were remade for the psp? I would!
