arcane_chaos said: all in all I loved this game but can there really be a third? DR2 really seemed to wrap things up; Junko seems to finally be gone, Kyoko said things are calming down in the real world, the former remnants of despair seems to be free of Junko's despair, unless they're more remnants of despair out there i don't see how things can continue(but hope it does) |
Yes, because remember: the Remnants of Despair had sex with Junko's dead body! Danganronpa 3: Despair Babies!

Milestone going Tourist Trophy + Project Cars. More like Project Bikes :D
Shame it won´t come to Vita though : Also no WRC 5 at all, it seems.

I finally beat it aswell.
I enjoyed it alot, and will probably get any sequals that come out from now on. With that said, in a comparison point of view i personally enjoy Ace attourney better. I think its because theres many phases of investigation and trial during a case while Danganrompa is more limited by having a single one each time. Theres less twists and turns, though they do splendidly with what they got.

Because it wouldn't happen. If they can't be assed to do any sort of editting, what makes you think there'd be any QC on the voice acting. Bad effort and lack of resources won't make anything better after spreading those resources even thinner. |
Lack of resources? smh, no. No ones asking for a multimillion dollar budget. Dubbing isn't that expensive. A person with no budget could release that game in better quality smh. They can even outsource the game, that's no excuse. People need to stop giving these companies excuses for pathetic acts. The fact is, IF it was dubbed, it would NEVER turn out a disgustingly bad translation like it did. Give as much excuses as you like, I know what I need to know. I'm not ignorant on the topic.

There's also the fact that Japanese and American/English-speaking voice actors are paid differently. Voice acting is a huge thing in Japan and seiyuus get paid through huge contracts and sponsors. In contrast, American voice actors usually get paid in a per hour process. This is the main reason why a lot of localized games don't have both subs and dubs. And yeah, I agree, a dubbed game will never have bad translations since the voice actors will catch those mistakes.

Yup indeed, no argument with that. I was just trying to get the point across that you can say what you want about a dub but you'll never get a half assed product like SAO from a dub.

Good thing I can read a bit of Chinese, so I won't be having that problem in SAO. Muahaha!
I'm actually playing the Chinese version of P4: Golden to brush up on my reading comprehension.
