While I agree with the technical issues they raise (low resolution looks fuzzy and there are some frame rate issues) certainly doesn't warrant such a hefty lop off the score.

I still don´t undestand why the Vita can´t have a better game performance, isn´t it better than the PS2 hardware wise? Or is it another sloppy porting job?

Anyway it is still God of War so...

Guys when i delete games on my vita, it goes suuuper slooooooooow. Is that normal?
Im deleting Smart...As which is 2gb and it lasts forever. It's been like 5mins already and still deleting

force a reset and the game should already be gone. Mine sometimes gets stuck deleting stuff. Thankfully the bubble limit increase means I no longer have to worry about that as most my games are physical.

It's more powerful hardware, but it's a port rather than made from scratch.

Developers really coded right down to the wire on PS2 so there are some crazy techniques used that couldn't be done properly on any other hardware. PS3 has the brute power to be able to overcome this with raw processing power. But Vita doesn't. So the PS2 ports often struggle on Vita.

At the end of the day though, they're still the same games, and to deem that worthy of knocking off 20-30% of the rating despite the fact it's a mobile platform (where much more inferior stuff gets a free pass because it's a portable format) is really getting tiresome.

I recomend using the Content manager, it hapenned me once that same thing.. after trying to delete a game I reset because took to much time.. then a blank icon rwas there. If try to delete it from the screen it get stuck again.. in the end have to rebuild the dataBase...then dissapeared.

I forgot about those techniques that developers use on the games. PS2´s CPU (EE) was hard to program to but very powerful when developed right. So it makes sense since the Vita has a diferent CPU architecture but is powerful enough to handle the games to some extent.

What's wrong with it? I bought it last month, but haven't even unwrapped it yet?

Dicey framerate, supposedly.
