How much do you all think delta will sell in Japan,the first soul sacrifice sold 220k in Japan.

The first one sold with a Bundle and a Pricecut in hardware and memorycards... it had Dual pack too (two games for less)... DELTA only have ONE SKU (two with a limited?) and have a promotion to upgrade from the first one on the PSN Store for less money.. probably a bunch of old players will upgrade.

On the PLUS side, Vita have double of hardware user base and a steady 15k+ sales weekly... So 120k first week and 180k lifetime being positive, SS was gifted on PLUS in japan recently so.. physical sales shouldn't be so great...

I doubt SS delta will sell a lot. There is a 10$ upgrade for owners of original SS and PS+ offer too, which means it will probably lose a lot of sales. It will probably boost hardware sales for a week or two but that's all I expect from it.

120k first week is way too optimistic, more like 50k first week is what I would imagine.

Yeah.. is toomuch optimistic.. but remmeber.. We are on the VITA CULT! XD..

But being more realistic I could say 80k to 90k... Like I said.. Vita have the DOUBLE of user base compared to last year, there are a lot of player who boutgh God Eater 2, Toukiden and RO ACE since SS release... SONY is promoting the console as the hunting console.. So should have a nice first week.... and the expansion had better reviews than the first one.. So near 100k is possible...

I'd say 100k LTD is probably Sony's goal, and as I type I notice small44 post ^^

Putting reality aside XD, I would love for the expansion to sell 200k plus to ensure SS2 gets a higher budget.

I would be happy with 100k it is just an expansion if SS2 sold like that then i would call 100k a really bad number.

50k is a realistic figure, but I would go lower: around 35k because of the 10 bucks upgrade and the game is basically an expansion. If they hit that 120k LTD I would consider it being a very healthy hit.

Is good because is a expansion..But I think SONY should aim higer with SS... instead of limit it to a OK seller range...

A Animation (it have a manga already) and more merchandising and promotion.. not for all age but it could end hooking older and gorier players... Demons/Dark Souls is a precedent on Japan... Kids and cansual already are hooked with MonHun.. So they should aim something different.. and I say SS have potential
