Japanese will flock like crazy to it, but I can't really see it moving many consoles. Persona 4 fans are already there because of Golden. Rhythm fans are already there because of Miku.

Same with Freedom Wars. I'm sure that game will appeal to Japanese gamers, but all the hunting game fans are already there thanks to Toukiden/Soul Sacrifice/God Eater. Sony need to do more to attract a more diverse range of gamers to their console. Make an Animal Crossing or Dragon Quest clone or something.

Oh gosh please no... Isn't the doggy game enough? Animal Crossing is a game that makes me uncomfortable at being gay... (weird I know).

This is just a reminder to Mike lol Putty Squad will be released on 29th in RETAIL :P Be sure to get your copy ;) (ShopTo has it)

getting ps vita for Christmas cant wait to play it on my ps4..

There once was a time when people used to buy games to play them on their home consoles.

Now they buy handhelds to play them on their home consoles.

I think this is what they call progress or real Next Gen.

Time to play the waiting game for the enhanced port of P5, cause I don't have a ps3.

I'm buying the dancing game and the 3ds game as well. If they come to Europe. Both look interesting (3ds one more tho xD).

Luckily for the Vita version we only need a physical English release. Hopefully they'll both hit Europe though.

Considering how well miku did for sega, we will get it.

Just hoping it's not digital only -.-

I finished tearaway on Friday and I don't regret buying it over 3d world one bit.

Just finished Tearaway. Game is truely amazing. My personal game of the year. Might try to plat it now.

LMAO, talk about screwing the Vita owners.
3DS RPG
PS3 RPG, and Fighting game
PS Vita... Dancing game...
These were the damn Persona Announcements
3DS Persona 4 Q
PS3 Persona 5, Persona 4 Arena (something something something, cant remember the name)
PS Vita Persona 4 Dancing...
Talk about screwing a fanbase

I don't think they are screwing the vita userbase really...Miku games sell and Miku+ persona is a no brainer for their primary audience which is the JP market. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if it outsells the 3ds spin off

On the other hand they know they can release P5 for vita later on and earn more money

I don't understand this.  Fancy elaborating a little bit further?  It's a very enjoyable series of games.  Which ones have you played & why did they make you feel uncomfortable?

Regardless, the point wasn't that it has to be Animal Crossing.  Anything casual or female-friendly with a Japanese focus.  Harvest Moon would be another example.

I wish Sony would try to make a first party JRPG for the vita. Yes, I know about over my dead body 2, but I think that game is more of a crawler type JRPG.

Yes, me too.  They've done a good job of attracting third party MonHun clones, partially from their own efforts with Soul Sacrifice.  Why not try to attract third-party JRPG's by developing their own too?

Plus, it's my favourite genre, so the more of that the better.

I really think Freedom Wars is the game that Sony should've made into a traditional JRPG.  I just don't see how it fits into Vita's lineup other than selling the crowd who already bought a Vita for SoulSac/Toukiden/God Eater.
