Internets: "Wii sux, it isn't HD and has no good games."

Nintendo: "So we're making an HD console with 3rd party support."

Internets:

"MEH"

"FAIL"

"LAME"

wii fans: ''hd consoles sux, no motion control, wii has superior control''

Sony/MS:'' here the move and kinect, play your on rail games yeah''

wii fans:'' copycats, 4 years late, will fail lolz''

no shiz man. im frustrated as hell with kinect and move.

I want to dance around or talk to my xbox. Do not want wizard on rails.

Also, I don't want to play a shooter with a wand. dum dum dum dum dum . Nintendo is dooming us with successful sales.

Gotta somewhat agree. The new WiiU system unveil was underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, some of the stuff is really cool, but they focused to much on THE controller. And the graphics shown did not blow anything away. In fact, the 360 and PS3 could easily do that. I don't know. Expected more.

Reggie in a G4 interview: "This show was all about unveiling the controller, [because that is the most innovative part of the Wii U]."

That's how I saw it.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

Nintendo already holds the recond of having one of the worst conferences ever now they held the record of worst announcing platform ever....

Seriously check the button layout of Wii U imagine playing a shooter on it;..

they blew it by not giving any info

i think we wont see any 1st party games for the wii u until tgs this year and the full blown reveal on everything the system can do till e3 next year. i think this year , was a confirmation of the system and controller. i also believe they are gonna let the 3rd parties have there day in the sun with there games, then show off what there 1st party games look like, almost like what they did with the 3ds.

I hope to god this isn't a tech demo.

where did you find that one?

Nintendo E3 this year was a mindfuck, and not in a good way.

This isn't going to disrupt the game industry and change gaming :(

I LOVE ICELAND!

A site that I go to, which is most likely from Neogaf.

I can stream games between my psp and my ps3 can i not?

this is like when they first showed the Wii remote and everyone went WTF.

this is also like when Sony showed the boomerang controller and every one went WTF.

I think Nintendo focused on the controller to see how people would react to it.

Hopefully ENOUGH WTFs will be a redesign like sony decided to role back the controller after the complains about the Boomerang

Haven't read all of the replies. The ones I did seemed negative :( I really liked the reveal, and the demoes they showed. I dont care for exclusive, just fun gaming so am not bothered by the multiplats. I am also not a graphic whore so I am fine if games only look as good as current gen games ( I am sure they will have some that start to p[ull away though). I am really blown away by the controller concept though. To me it just looks bad ass and the right timing for a controller of that nature. I am excited for this system.
