Im not sure, maybe I don't understand it like when they announced the wii the first time.

Gotta somewhat agree. The new WiiU system unveil was underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, some of the stuff is really cool, but they focused to much on THE controller. And the graphics shown did not blow anything away. In fact, the 360 and PS3 could easily do that. I don't know. Expected more.

I have to take alot of that back after watching the rest of the show.

I really want to see an f-zero and metroid for those systems as well as an HD LttP, but oh well.

No first-party games announced for Cafe except a smash bros. they haven't started developing yet.

Yes, they blew it. The rumours turned out to be spot on so I don't care about the new controller or the new console.

I was a bit disappointed, but there is a long time till it is actually released.

I'm so confused . . . all the features and games he announced for Wii U are available on current generation PS360. As an owner of all 3 current consoles already, what reason do I have to buy this new console? >_>

E3's conferences were the worst I've ever seen for everyone except Nintendo. Nothing is worse then that 2008 conference. It was damn close.

Only multiplats, no actual specs, price, or actual games on it... it looked very underwhelming in everything but the controller.
I say yes. They blew it, and the PS3 with the 360 will keep its head down until their successors.

I think the main problem is that, for people that stick for their core stuff (like me) but wanted HD 3rd party games, already own a wii and an xbox, or wii and a ps3.

I don't need darksiders 2 on my wii U, I have a 360 for that.

Seriously this buisness with Wii U got me even more confused then watching Inception
