He made music in the US during the 60's, but he never got discovered in the US or the UK.  Then somehow they discovered him in South Africa and Australia.  He was like huge on an Elvis Presley level in South Africa.

Going to rate this one a 4/10.  Not at all like the music I normally like, but it does have a little bit of a funky guitar that saves it from being totally uninteresting.

7/10  Has a really strong opening, then the rest of the first half is only mildly interesting.  However the second half of the song really grows on me.
