I still like Everquest the best from what I've played. Unfortunately when star wars galaxies came out some of our friends left, and when wow launched the rest of them left.
We played wow for a couple years, very addictive, but in the end game too much like work. I tried to get into Everquest 2 but it didn't have the same magic.

I would like to get into one again, but I just don't have the time anymore to make any progress in these massive games.

never liked WoW.... too casual not really RP... and way too many NPCs.... I use to be a big ultima online fan back in the days on private shards with 0 NPC's now that was some serious RPG.... lol

haven't played in a while though.... waiting on diablo 3 if you can call that an RPG... ( i don't)..... and have seen one called rift that looks way better than WoW when it comes to character building and PvP...... but that's my feeling..... I do like anarchy online also..... guild war 2 and SW look great too.... but to me WoW is to RPG what iPhone is to smartphones.... just the most famous....

Ya know I do find it funny i never saw much RP in WoW. Ever so often this level 5 would do these big stories in IronForge pretty neat ones and he would do other little fun games too. Anyways, in LOTRO i see it a lot. While I dont do the whole made up story thing I have alwasy found it fun to find a person and create our own little quest for the night. Its fun and since LOTRO is such a wonderful place to just run around and explore it seems to just scream for it. I know one evening me and this random Hobbit where looking for our horses between a few different zones. SIlly as hell, but we had a lot of fun and even a couple people got in on it and told us they found some tracks or what have you.

Lineage
still play this sometime

The first one? NCSoft shut its west servers down a few days ago. If you meant Lineage II, I also like that MMO. However, it's sad to see quality MMOs like L2 to fail in the Western MMO market due to poor management and marketing skills of NCSoft of West.

In-topic now my favourite MMOs so far are:

Lineage II,

Eve Online,

Final Fantasy XI,

Continent of the Ninth (C9)

/../

im currently playing Uncharted Water Online,
as the game goes on i find it more interesting...

i played ragnarok, dragon nest, crystal saga which is the related gameplay. somehow im looking for a new game which can be brighten me up.

The only mmo I actually got addicted to was MapleStory though it was years ago.

The only three I even consider are:

Final Fantasy XI
Final Fantasy XIV
Runescape

Outside of that. There are too many limitations on characters that the game will simply not be worth my time. Also most MMOs stories suck and I don't like that.

I guess WOW but I haven't really played much of any MMO's

If they made a Mass Effect of Halo MMO I would play the crap out of them constantly.

I don't usually play MMO, but a couple of years ago I played Trickster Online, it was a really addictive game until the company who owns the game broke the gameplay and the classes (One class was so powerful that everybody was making characters with that class) also the pvp was horrible the worst people where there.
But I don't play it anymore, the only game I play from time to time is S4 League, a shooter with an anime style and you jump and do stuff. It's funny and kind of casual

If I had time to get back into it I'd take a peek at EVE. I love hearing the stories of griefing, PVP, and large fleet battles. Looking forwards to Dust514 to shake things up.

EVE, only MMO I ever tryed (unless Utopia qualifies :P). If I had the time, that's the one I would play.
