As sad of a statement as this is, being that the game is almost 7 years old, World of Warcraft is still the all-around best MMO on the market. There are other noteworthy games (DC Universe Online) but no games have the quantity or quality of content that is available in World of Warcraft.

Heh, that is kind of sad how WOW is still at the top, funny stuff really how activision-blizzard is "in the money" so to speak.

WoW is dead to me Dont play it its horrible now they changed too much and its way to easy now they made it too casual for friggn n00bs
im waiting for SWTOR witch should be comming out in September unless it gets delayed
SWTOR is not just a WoW in space think of it as if KOTOR or Mass Effect were Made into a MMO

I don't really play MMOs these days, but I used to play Guild Wars. But after putting more than 2500 hours, I got bored.
Guild Wars 2 looks like it will be the most awesome game to hit the MMO genre in a long, long time though! Visit the official thread if you're interested.

Meh, MMOs are great in all, except for that damn subsciption fee the vast majority if them have, but I'm actually planning to buy starcraft 2 (no sub fee)
