This seems like it will be similar to the monthly subscription system that EA are making for their sports game.

As a PSnplus user, I really don't have a problem against this considering the normal folks will have the full game as advertised but the "elite" users will get added extras so...once again, it all goes back to if you are willing to fork the extra bills for it.

Nope, they're upset because they perceive (sometimes quite correctly IMO) that they're being asked to pay more to get the same content they would usually get.

The solution is to not buy those games at full price, just like I don't buy games with ridiculous DRM at anywhere near full price. If that means waiting a few months to get a game, so be it.

ohhh they can... i can also ask the price of a new car for my 4 year car, but only a idiot will pay me that... this is basically the same... if people can get games similar to COD without the extra fee why pay for it?
