Forums - General Discussion - Europe Is Stealing Iran's Clouds

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says that Western countries are plotting to generate drought in some areas of the world, including Iran.

“According to reports about climate, whose authenticity has been verified, the European countries have used certain equipment to discharge clouds and prevent rain-bearing clouds from reaching regional countries such as Iran,” President Ahmadinejad said on Thursday.

He made the remarks in the inauguration ceremony of a domestically-built dam in the central Iranian province of Arak.

Ahmadinejad said the matter would be pursued by Iran's legal authorities, IRNA reported.

The Iranian president said such measures by European countries are aimed at creating tension and hostility in the maritime borders of regional countries.

Actually he's not exactly wrong.

That is actually a geoengineering technique... Cloud Seeding I know it's being researched in the US... not sure about Europe.

Though that rain clouds would reach that far seems a bit... unlikely but I don't really know anything about clouds.

Stealing clouds and rain isn't as absurd as you'd think, and it's likely to become fairly common place.

for the past 10 years Peru and Columbia stole our clouds here in Australia, and got served for it with heaps of mud slides and floods. As soon as they handed it back we had an massive flood. take it back we want drought instead.

anyways lol at the excuse for dought. No one wants droughts and also any attempts in controlling clouds since the 1970s haven't worked so well.

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

Iran, please, take some of our rain!!

Lol, randomness is random. x'D

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”
