but only because I have no other choice, since there has been no other great game. 

hopefully by the end of the year I can name a couple more (LA Noire, Infamous, Batman, Battlefield, Skyrim, etc.).

Well i played RDR this year so if it goes by that....then RDR. Lol but if not i'm saying Mass Effect 2 ps3. Loved every second of it

Right now I'm playing Castlevania: Symphony of the Night on XBL, and it's awesome. It'll probably be on that list very soon. ^_^

Portal 2 as it is the only "new" game i've played this year. But even otherwise i think this would be it. 

I've only played one, Crysis 2, and that was fairly good.

Great graphics but it gets repetitive after a while.
