Didn't realize Belguim was in the UK.

Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.

It is good for Sony. After PSN is back and the great exclusives are released those people will buy a new PS3. I think it is all part of a plan.

leo-j knows even less about geography than he does about good music. Amazing.

Hey! Leave Lady Gaga alone!

Only when she and her huge schnozz leave me alone first. Preferably by crashing into the side of a mountain and perishing in a fiery explosion.

these people probably bought PS3 because PSN is free, they are not sony fans, they are just crazy CoD player who wanna play its multiplayer online for free, but they can't resist no more since sony took too long for them to wait for PSN return, so they have no more patience but go pay Xbox Live to continue their online CoD games, they are so desperate for CoD games... xD

Yes, UK only... worldwide peoples patience is still holding.

I guess those 350s are going for dirt cheap there?  what's the catch? trade a PS3 then buy a $300 X360 pay $50 XLive Gold, then buy games you already had on PS3?  If there's people actually doing that just because Call of Duty is their life, then good for them, they didn't deserve a PS3 to begin with, there are just too many PS3 great titles (and multiplats too) that are not online games, if these guys are desperate as junkies for their COD fix, then so be it.

@HokageTenshi

Exactly, you said it.

I'll post this in this thread as well what I posted in the other ones. I work at Gamesotp and can straight tell you Hardware and Software for PS3 is way down. Which is unforunate since its a matter that should be fixed within the month but casual consumers aren't aware of all the details and they want to play COD online NOW not have to wait. Plus most aren't exactly up to date with everything that happened, and that it WILL be fixed.

You do realized that at least 50% of all PS3 players would be labeled as "casual" by the people on these forums don't you? The fact is that most players on both the PS3 and 360 only purchase 2 - 3 games a year and most of the time its vary large mainstream titles like Madden and Call of Duty. The actual gaming landscape is FAR different than what you see on these boards that's why I can't help but laugh at how rediculous "core" gamers are sometimes in terms of discussing gameing trends.

Look at games like Killzone that get massive internet hype and in comparision to install base sell very low numbers. Why is that? Its because the majority of consumers aren't "core" players they are casuals. They don't get on the internet looking at reviews and trailers on all the "core" games coming out. They want big franchises they are familiar with and their friends play.

More gamers need to actually get a correct perspective on sales and work in retail, because trust me it will shock you how mainstream and casual ALL console demographics are, not just the Wii.

And yes PS3 sales are in the toilet at Gamestop right now, why do you think we are offering $100 off brand new systems to our PowerUp Rewards members? Here's a hint, because they aren't exactly flying off the shelves.

Damn these people for being fans of games, and not making system fandom their priority!

^ Yes, how dare people be upset that a feature they paid for isn't working for 3 weeks!
