what a truly silly, ignorant thing to say.  No, I love new IP's, but it's absolutely impossible to guage how big a deal something is unless it's part of an established franchise. Especially not with so little hype around it (This is the only place I've ever even heard about Starhawk).

There is a level of irony here.  Starhawk is the sequel to the Warhawk franchise, which first appeared on the original Playstation, and then appeared on the PS3.  The thing is that Starhawk IS part of an established franchise, which is Warhawk.  Just because it didn't get the number of releases that Twisted Metal did, doesn't mean it isn't isn't connected to an established IP.  What other Sony exclusive franchises do you hold in the same boat?
