Because they are trying to show reasons to stick with PSN, and Starhawk will probably be one of them
AND, they like to announce their games in the build up to E3, so that they get more attention then, because at E3 itself, everyone is going to be focused on the new Wii, Uncharted 3's unbeleivable gameplay footage, Versus XIII loosing its exclusivity and Agent {you get what I mean even if those things aren't necessarily right beyond the first}
