If we can call it Karma, it's merely part of a circle of Karma, started by those who took advantage of the PS3 being cracked to pirate software for it, which led to Sony's anti-consumer witch-hunt, which partially inspired this (which did disproportionate damage to Sony compared to what little they stirred up with their lawyer-bullies), and then comes around again.

Looks like a possible identity realignment and purging.  The original "For the lulz" is facing another faction that wants Anonymous to grow up, and act like mature adults.  Will see how it pans out.  Hard to say if Anonymous will destroy itself.

Courts can't do anything with these ip's anyways.  They were obtained illegally, so that means even if they were real nothing can come of it.  

Besides any hacker would know better than to stroll around using their own ip.  You see there are these things called proxies, look them up.  Then you can understand why these ip's don't matter.
