I think it will be more on these lines. My 'realistic' guesses would be:

Flower, Critter Crunch, PacMan, Fat Princess and Pixeljunk.

they will be a choice of 5 psn games which is excellent news

funnily enough they gave away blue toad murder files ep1 for free which is a full game with full trophy list, so having to extra games will be neat

Anyone expecting full retail games is setting themselves up for massive disappointment.

We'll get to choose between PAIN, Flower, echochrome, PixelJunk Shooter, and Fat Prnicess if we're lucky.

Its a HUGE thing to give away two free games, as that means EVERY SINGLE PSN user will be able to play the game, I don't think any game has a 100% attach ratio(Maybe Wii sports). If I was sony I would Firstly add Resistance 2, Motorstorm and inFamous to PSN, so the list would be something like this

1. Resistance 2
2. Motorstorm: Pacific or GT5 Prologue
3. M.A.G
4. Warhawk
5. inFamous

I'm not sure if its still runnning but bring back free LBP with all 12month subscriptions to PS. Tho this might sound a like a pipe dream, but all these games hardly sell now and most have a new one out, or are going to start seeing ads for them.

Also, they might want to add a playstation move game instead of one of the above, but I am unfamiliar with alot of them, maybe TUMBLE, its a good game :)

Mass Effect 2 is exceedingly unlikely, and Warhawk is fairly unlikely too. Neither of those are first party titles. The free games will most likely be owned entirely by Sony so they don't as such lose money by giving them away. Otherwise they would need to pay the developers/owners.

But yeah.  If I had to guess, I's say Pain, Fat Princess, Super Stardust HD, Calling All Cars, and Uncharted 3.

Warhawk is first party? I thought Incognito wasn't a first party dev. Though now they're defunct I have no idea whose got what rights.
