I think it will be carmine but I hope its not the new black guy

I'm guessing to add emotional impact someone of the original big four will die.

Carmine is a big toss up because a lot of people voted to save him.

I'm guessing Dom will die since Marcus Phoenix is the series icon and Dom is his buddy, so it would get the most reaction from the fanbase without hurting the face of the franchise. My other choice would be The Cole Train.

There will be more Gears of War games in the future I'm sure of it, just not a direct sequel more of a spin off of some sort. The name is too huge for Epic to let go (Unreal Tournament sales have fallen off the radar which use to be their best selling series).

Ludacris  (though he is the star of the Gears comic books, so probably not)

I hope it's going to be Baird. Most useless character IMO.

I tope Baird dies, but I have a feeling Dom will, which is a shame, as he's my favourite character

Maybe Dom has a sister he can shoot in the head this time.
