Just a question. Personally, I'd rather not hear anything about the next Nintendo system until the big N themselves reveal/discuss it, but I'm finding it increasingly difficult to avoid learning anything new since a lot of websites are eager to plaster the latest rumor on their front page. I may very well abstain from a few websites until E3 rolls around and we can learn some concrete facts about the Wii 2/Super Wii/Project Cafe/ Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Entertainment Device.

Anyone feel the same, or something similar?

I've avoided every news regarding it as well. I'm waiting for E3 where it will surely be officially announced. I've heard a couple of rumors that I couldn't avoid but they might still be fake for all we know.

I've commented on it, but at this point I'm REALLY getting annoyed by it. You know that things have gotten out of hand when people think that images that came from 4Chan are worth talking about

Yup, im avoiding them. No need to make crazy suggestions or predictions based on rumors. I made one thread on if the WII2 would be HD and thats it. Anything else just sounds crazy at this point.

I've also been trying to avoid a lot of the rumors, and It's getting annoying because there has been alot of actual news about nintendo games and systems thats been getting ignored in favor of wii2 speculation.

i wouldn't say i believe all/any of the rumors but frankly there isn't much else going on right now that is all that interesting so it has been kind of fun to speculate about what nintendo might do next.  more fun than any other current topic at least.

Rumors are rumors until proven to be true. The people at Nintendo are masters at keeping their secrets, secret. Very rarely things get leaked. Even If something does leak, how many times has that happened over the past 15 years.

Yeah the amount of "leaks"and rumors this next Nintendo console have so far is something I would have expected from a Sony console.

Something isn't right...

I don't know if 'avoid' is the right word. It's just so obvious that over 50% of the rumours are bullshit and I can't be bothered trying to sift through the dreck to find a nugget of truth.

What I do or don't know won't change what Nintendo does, so I'll just sit tight until some authoritative information shows up.

I hunt down any news I can manage - I want to know about Wii2 soo bad >_<
