Please tell me why you think Killzone 3 isn't selling well despite it being such a great game. Here are my reasons:

1. Little hype comapred to other Killzone games.

2. People didn't like Killzone 2.

3. Too many other FPS games that are in the same time period.

I think Killzone 3 is my favourite FPS game of all time just beating out Reach. But I think this game isn't really getting the sales it deserved.  On the other hand a game like Halo (which is a lovely game series) is getting monstrous sales. I don't expect Killzone to get as great sales Halo but what's stopping it from Uncharted or God of war sales?

Killzone brand is not as strong as Halo.

I didn't like killzone 2 at all and sold it a week  later.

I didn't buy killzone 3 . there's one discrepency. Now you have to find the rest :D

Killzone 3 is selling well for a PS3 exclusive. If you're asking why Killzone 3 sales aren't as strong as Halo, Call of Duty, or Gears of War it's because it doesn't have as strong of a multiplayer component. Multiplayer is fun, but there is nothing really bringing you back into the game. Resident Evil 5 sold well despite having poor multiplayer because of the strong label Resident Evil 4 laid. Also Killzone doesn't have as epic of a story arc as other Sci-Fi shooters like Halo, Gears of War, or Resident Evil. The events in Killzone 3 are much more loosly tied to the events in other Killzones compared to the other mentioned sci fi shooters. So..

1. Not as addicitve multiplayer as compeditors

2. Not the king of multiplayer games, so it's forgotten quickly since everyone else is playing Call of Duty.

3. Not so massive story arc.

maybe its not that good? and with crysis 2 coming out looking damn near as good, people arent as impressed by the graphics anymore

God of war was really big in ps2 days and Uncharted 2 is the most awarded game of all time and basically won game of the year from every site. which is why these two games have much higher sales. Killzone 2 was hyped up for years but I would say many are dissapointed by the clunky slow controls.

The legs are great and belive me Killzone 3 is the best looking PS3 game. But unfourtunatley a very low opening week.

Just to let you know Killzone has great multiplayer. Many people are on (possibly more than Reach as of today) And Gears 2 multiplayer was pretty bad it had many bugs and people complaining. For the Cod and Halo part I agree with you but come on we both know it deserves much more sales than the 1.4 million right now.

because stupid ps3 fans dont support their great exclusives.

if these games were on xbox they would sell like this:

Killzone 3: 6 million LTD

Uncharted 2: 7 million LTD

GOW3: 5.5 million

i dont get it these are the sales they deserve but they dont get them

3 million isn't that big. God of war 2 did only around 800k better than Killzone 2.
