I'd play it on PC

I know Front Mission Evolved got poor reviews. And if there's another mech game out there tell me too. (Recent ones, I've played a lot of the older ones... and really none have come close to the mechwarrior franchise imo)

I'm not looking for peoples opinions on Front Mission being not how the other front missions were. I don't care. I've played the first 3 and liked the first 2.

The story and the acting doesn't particularly matter to me, as the mechwarrior 4 mercenaries had pretty much the worst voiceacting I've ever heard and still I liked it a whole lot.

Basically, I put armored core there because I've played a lot of them. And they're okay, and I just want to know if this is better than armored core. If that's the case I'll probably buy it.

If I had to say one word, I would use slow. 

Yeah, it's definitely slower. And the customization is way more limited. The online is probably totally dead now, but if not you can look forward to getting raped by vets who have way better gear than you. Still, it's a fun little B-level game.
