Are you serious!!! I played this at my freind's house and it is barely above an average shooter.

Campaign was fun but way too short.

Multiplayer is way too repetitive, boring and buggy

Graphics were nothing special 

I would say it hardly matches with games like Killzone, Halo and Call of Duty

Try playing Killzone 3, Halo Reach or any of the the COD games after Modern Warfare. If you played all those games and still like bulletstorm better me and you have a totally different taste.

LMAO 4 hour campaign! What did you pull a speed run or just play it on super easy?

This isn`t Homefront we are talking about here btw.

One of the most enjoyable FPS to come out this gen.

Beat the game 2 times so far and have done a good handful of the anarchy mode. I can`t vouche for multiplayer though since I have not tried it.

Not the best FPS this gen but it is most assuredly one of the best new FPS IP`s this gen.

Xbox 360 wants to Kinect &  PS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

I respect your opinion, but I thought Bulletstorm was incredibly mediocre. Everything about it, from the graphics to the control scheme, seemed outdated. I actually enjoyed the dialogue.

If you liked BulletStorm, may I suggest 3 games which I have found to be infinitely better: Vanquish, Just Cause 2, Killzone3

glad someone else spotted that.


it took me apraxamatly 4 and a half hours to beat. i played it on the normal setting. boring was the wrong word, not fun is much better.

and dude look at the reviews, there are several that say it takes 4 to 5 hours to beat.

:Campaign lenth is not short. It is about 6-8 hours for most people. Play Homefront and then try telling me this campaign is short. This isn`t an rpg for crying out loud!

: Didn`t play the multi but Anarchy mode is addictive as hell.

: Sounds more like you follow only the casual shooter crowd.

Try playing Killzone 3, Halo Reach or any of the the COD games after Modern Warfare. If you played all those games and still like bulletstorm better me and you have a totally different taste.

: Quake, Doom, Crysis, Painkiller, Far Cry, Prey, Duke Nukem, FEAR, Battlefield, Wolfenstein.... the list goes on and on.

I can tell you are a casual when it comes to shooters.

No Hardcore praises Killzone, Halo or Call of Duty as the cream of the crop of shooter. They are just a few more of the good franchises out there.

 Pjams not sure which system you played Bulletstorm but on X360 it controls great. Oh and the lustrous environments were some of the most colorful I have seen in a game in a long time.

I know you stated you didn`t come to terms with Bulletstorm so the next portion is not for you.


Vanquish would definitely be up your alley if you loved the pacing and gameplay of Bulletstorm. I have played both of them and they are both gorgeous and have excellent pacing.

Killzone 3 & Just Cause 2 just have a different tone and feel altogether. If you want something like Bulletstorm Vanquish is your best option.

The dialog in Bulletstorm cracked me up. Some of the funniest dialog I have seen in a game in years IMO.
