Uh, there are 6 (maybe 7?) separate US timezones. You need to be a touch more specific about the one you are using. I am guessing it is US Eastern time zone from the looks of it, but I am bad at remembering what the European time zones are.

He might actually be talking about central.  With daylight savings time, UTC time, which I happen to know for personal reasons (and I believe is same as UK time) is 5 hours different than the time here, which is the difference he has in his parenthesis.

Just say it in Argentinian time zone and everybody will make calculations based on that, we don't switch for stupid things like DST

Speaking of daylight savings time, I just realized vgchartz has yet to adjust the clock on the posts and is an hour off

Well, only if Arizona and Illinois (or whatever the exceptions are) count as their own time zones.  But no argument on the second part.
